ABOUT STEPH

Raised, rooted and your go-to Realtor resource for everything East Bay

Having lived and worked throughout the Bay Area all her life, Stephanie Hevezi has an intimate understanding of and deep connection to what makes living here so special. Now a third-generation homeowner in the Oakland Hills, Stephanie remembers visiting her grandmother’s house not far from where she currently resides, as well as spending summer breaks working at her family’s auto body shop that called Oakland home for over 60 years.

Stephanie began her career by earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from California State University, Chico, and a marketing certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to real estate, Stephanie excelled in the hospitality and event planning industries, where she refined her strong sales, negotiation, and project management skill set. Clients most notably appreciate Stephanie’s unwavering integrity, sharp eye for detail, welcoming demeanor, and ambitious drive in the fulfillment of their goals.

Stephanie is committed to providing honest, timely, and clear communication in educating, consulting with, and servicing all her clients’ real estate needs. And knowing firsthand the mix of stress, excitement, and uncertainty that comes with being a first-time homebuyer, Stephanie takes great pleasure in simplifying the process so you too can realize your dreams and celebrate becoming a homeowner.

Stephanie and her husband, Martin, enjoy finding ways to support their local community. The couple volunteers at the county food bank and with the American Red Cross. They are active in their neighborhood, including organizing its annual National Night Out event. In her spare time, Stephanie likes to hit the hiking trails nearby her home, get crafty with knitting or designing handmade jewelry, discover new restaurants and dining experiences around the Bay, and cheer on her beloved Oakland A’s.
